One free Front door key is given to each tenant. Replacement keys can be purchased for $25. Please submit request above.
- How do I get a Mailbox Key
Mailbox keys can are normally included with the intial set of keys. If you did not receive a key, please contact us with the above request form.
- How do I get a repair?
Repairs can be scheduled by filling out the repair request form above. Please include Name, Apt Number and the nature of the request
- Can I paint or attach anything to the walls?
In General the apartment needs to be left in the condition you received it. Usually properly installed shelves and bright colors do not need to be removed. Please inquire if you are unsure
- Where do I send my rent?
Rent checks can be sent to our office located at Suite 314 1636 3rd Ave NY NY 10128. Please make sure that you send the checks to the write owner (the Name on your lease) and you make it payable to this Owner as well. Additionally please make sure that your rent check is clearly identified for which Unit to be applied for (i.e. 123 West First St Apt #2D)
